COO/Inventor/Founding Partner:

David is a Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer of Awakened Grains, LLLP, leading operations since the company's founding in September 2025. He also serves as CEO, COO, and a Founding Member of Manna Nutritional Group, LLC, a role he has held since 2019. Manna Nutritional Group holds a patented cereal grain transformation and processing technology, and David's work there laid the technical foundation that now powers Awakened Grains' patented controlled-germination process. Based in Boise, Idaho, David brings deep expertise in grain science and food production to every product Awakened Grains makes.

CEO/Founding Partner

After many years in sales with IBM, Daniel turned his focus to building brands in the food and beverage space, founding CHERRISH, where he created the product, developed the marketing strategy, and built strategic relationships with suppliers, co-packers, designers, retail accounts, and athletic teams. He brings that same entrepreneurial drive and relationship-building experience to Awakened Grains, partnering with David to grow the brand and bring its products to more households.

Founder/CEO of Meriwether Group (https://meriwethergroup.com/team/david-howitt/) a marketing company, with extensive

experience in licensing and royalty agreements. David was the in-house legal counsel for Adidas America where he developed and managed

the $300 million licensing portfolio. Meriwether Group has been instrumental in developing Adidas, Oregon Chai, Stumptown Coffee and Dave’s

Killer Bread. His experience will guide Awakened Grains through its licensing, royalty and business strategy.
